Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme

The Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) Scheme is a Ministry of Defence (MoD) initiative to promote lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. It provides financial support in the form of a single up-front payment in each of a maximum of three separate financial years. Whilst there is a minimum personal contribution of 20% for any training course attended, depending on the level of eligibility the scheme will contribute up to £2,000 per year (up to £6,000 in total) towards a members learning development.

Performance People™ are proud to be an approved ELC Scheme training provider.

Under the ELC scheme Performance People™ are able to offer the full range of Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring, alongside certificated trainings in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and an academic pathway leading to an MA in Coaching & Mentoring Practice (Oxford Brookes University). We deliver a schedule of open courses throughout the year, whilst military establishments wishing to sponsor a programme of their own are invited to do so.

For those members of the Armed Forces that might not be eligible for ELCs, have used them for another course or intend to do so, Performance People™ offer preferential prices as part of their own commitment to support Defence Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Lifelong Learning. Any student wishing to discuss terms for these preferential prices is invited to contact us directly.
